If you are not satisfied with product(s) that you have ordered or the product(s) was received damaged, we are pleased to offer a return and exchange policy*;
All items purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Returns and Exchanges only valid if product was damaged upon the time received or a faulty product by default

Terms of returns and exchanges are not included for Underwear, Bra & Swimwear

Items can only be exchanged ONCE for item(s) of the same or greater value. Additional payment must be made for the difference.

Items must be in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and in a good condition, complete with all tags and labels.

Delivery Note/Invoice is required to be presented at the time of exchange.

Defective items can be exchanged, subject to the other condition listed above and Justice Indonesia may conduct an investigation prior to the approval or decline of an exchange

Terms of returns and exchanges does not affect your rights if the product(s) is faulty or does not match the image / description.

Elariso have a right to determine the final decision of returns and exchanges.

Refund Policy
Refund to Store Credit

This policy applies if your web order is fully cancelled due to product does not pass the quality control or cannot be fulfilled by any of our store or warehouse. Refund will be made right after your order is cancelled by adding 'store credit' to your account. The store credit amount will have the same value as what you have paid. Store credit is valid for 6 months and can be used for your next online purchase.

Refund to Bank Transfer/E-voucher

This policy applies if your order is cancelled partially due to product does not pass the quality control or cannot be fulfilled by any of our store or warehouse. Refund will be made through bank transfer or e-voucher within 14 working days and you will be contacted by our Customer Service for further details.
